RESUMO

This essay is about Social Security focused in Social Security, searching understanding in the problems referred to Social Insurance, trying to clarify all the hard and heavy transformation, due dynamism of the Social security enviroment. Therefore it is imperative the analysis of the theory fundaments concerning the Social Security historic events and all the regulation the developed mainly from constitutional texts as well as infra constitucional rules, main basis of this scientific study. Highighting the importance of the principles in law order, regarding all the teaching and knowledge from the most important Brazilian and foreign doctors in Law Science, this essay intends to undestand all the social security law principles, focused in the importance of the diversity of the basis of financing social security. This basic fundament concerning Security System efficiency, is shown as one of the most important challenge to overcome, due to the economical police followed during the last governments. Due to the importance of the Social Security Institution, this essay tries to show the rader, the whole trajectory in legal texts, the challenges to be overcome in order to improve the perspective of Social Security in the country
