RESUMO

This work analyzes the Informal Social Nets, in the perspective of the Management for Competences, as sustainability mechanism to the learning processes and transfer of the knowledge in work groups. For so much, a case study was accomplished approaching the Program Combined Solution of Messages, of a great public company. The research was structured inside of a methodological perspective that integrates qualitative and quantitative approaches. Thirty six participants answered opinion questionnaires and three participated in semi-structured interviews. The obtained results demonstrated that the Program has, as one of their goals, to establish the people s Management for Competences, because its objective is not to work for performance. It was defined the Process Critical transfer and absorption of information and of knowledge for the identification of the Informal Social Networks of Information and the mapping of the group competences, once this permeates all the other processes. A relevant theoretical contribution was the analysis and discussion of the relative concepts to the group. competence, learning processes in the organizations and Informal Social Networks. Among the practical implications of that research, it was verified that the Social Networks can support the managers of the Program, in the construction of practices that it can facilitate the transfer process and absorption of information and of knowledge. Further, those nets can promote the sharing and the spread of that information among the employees involved in this process, in order to create an interaction environment and socialization, aiming at the reach of the learning in the organization. It is ended that the results can contribute and to bring relevant information in what concerns the processes of Organizational Learning. Specifically in what he refers to the strategies subsidized through the mapping of the competences of group of the Informal Social Networks of Information whose objective is it of facilitating the administration of the learning processes, transfer and knowledge absorption.
