A formação continuada de professores no stricto sensu e a influência da prática pedagógica na utilização dos recursos tecnológicos

RESUMO
This current work is based in a thematic investigation about the influence of continuing graduation courses in masters level, which are helping the universities teachers for a staff that contemplate a new paradigm and is being possible the use of technological resources which can bring the Teaching and Learning to the knowledge society. The process of paradigmatic changes of the education and the society are challenging the staff principally the universities teachers to introduce the new proposals of methodology which can help your students with the necessary instrumental to act in the society of XXI century. The current study of qualitative approach, a kind of participative research aimed to analyse the influence of master s continuig gradutation in a pedagogic practical of universities teachers and the use of technological resources as weel as it evaluates or not a corresponding practice with the necessities of the Society of Information and knowledge. The study was based in three thematic parts: a graduated staff where the investigation was based in authors like SCHON (2000), PERRENOUD (1999, 2000, 2002), ALARCÃO (2003, 2005), DEMO (1994), the pedagogic practical where the investigation was based in authors like MIZUKAMI (1986) BEHRENS (1996, 2001, 2005), FREIRE (2003, 2004) and the use of technological resources in classes where the investigation was based in authors like MORIN (1999, 2001, 2002, 2004), CAPRA (1996), DELORS (2001, 2005), DRUCKER (1976), KHUN (1996), TOFFLER (2001), SIQUEIRA (2005) E LÉVY (1993, 2003). This reserch was done with 10 professors of Education with masters titles. In the analysys of the research participants contributions, linked to a theoric referencial that the staff have about their pedagogical practical and the practical application of them, once it seems still difficult for the researched staff to reflect, to choose and to use the resources of tecnology during classes, as a base for an innovative methodology that provokes a production of knowledge and a transformation that can brings to a new view of the society and the men.
