A culinária de sentidos: corpo e memória na literatura contemporânea

RESUMO

Recent textual publications of women writers that combine Literature and Culinary have brought me to a reflexion on the memory of sensitivity inside a particular space, the kitchen. Such space is understood as a ritual place in which bodies are transfigured. From this perspective, I intend to relate the feminine representation, the body in the kitchen and cooking into brazilians writers Rachel de Queiroz, Cora Coralina, Adélia Prado, Heloísa Helena and Márcia Frazão, in the Mexican writer Laura Esquivels and chilean writer Isabel Allendes, observing the writing differences between their ways of building the body from its relation to cooking for eating habits are as texts tells the constitution history of a group.
