A construção de um estado ideal, a partir de utopias sociais e da definição de felicidade em Aristóteles

RESUMO

In this work we will establish an ideal society from the utopias of modernity. The utopia of Thomas More, The cit of the sun of Tommaso Campanella, New Atlantida of Francis Baron. This society would accomplish the happiness anounced by Aristoteles, happiness inspired not only by individual benefit, but also collective. From incontestable atuality and importance is this theme in front of the social wounds that opens itselves with an enormous number of miserables, with a violation of the liberty of beliefs, with governants that are corrupts and citizens insensibles to the etic, with high percentual of delicts, with the increase of population and discovery of tecniques of automation at the same time, turning parts of population dispensible at the prism of produtivity... In face of a mascarade State with so many social wounds, we will search the perfil of an ideal State that would reach the proposal of happiness from Aristoteles. We believe that this State has etics governants and citizen, there is a necessity of beloging, it is purposed an usual well being, an autarchy nation, the citizens know the laws that are a few and unclear, the people are solidaries, the worker is treated with dignity, sharing a time to be intellectual, giving for the elders and handicappeds work, estimulating cientifics research, and dignity for the elders. Yet, dont violate the liberty of beliefs, the matrimonial relationships are loyal, for the convicts there are publics works, offering rewards of the informes in the hypothesis of a runnaway project of the convicted. To draw the perfil of this ideal State, we use the leading method, because we leave from the analises of the utopias from the modern era to edificate it
