A compreensão de diálogo em uma experiência de construção coletiva do projeto político-pedagógico: um estudo à luz do pensamento de Martin Buber e Paulo Freire

RESUMO

This study aimed to investigate how managers, educators and representatives of a community, located in a neighborhood in northern Sao Paulo, include dialogue from the experience in the construction of collective political and pedagogical project, which relied the thought of Paulo Freire. This is a qualitative research, which was reflective interview in the conference means to interrogate the phenomenon under study. The results showed the understanding of dialogue as interaction with someone, through conversation, participation, silence, integration and construction of knowledge: the conversation was presented as speaking and listening, creating understanding, the silence, as speech repressed; participation of the construction of political-pedagogical project, as an expression of confidence in the transformation of this social context, the construction process to enable greater integration between people and a new willingness to work collectively, and the knowledge emerged related to the movements of construction and discovery, facing revive the historical process experienced in this community. The construction of the collective mode of political-pedagogical project was identified as a willingness to talk, leading them to perceive the need for greater willingness to listen to the other, an attitude that requires time availability. From the analysis of data related with the theory of Martin Buber and Paulo Freire was able to identify the understanding of the lived human becoming, in an intimate relationship between dialogue, education and social transformation. We found a need for reflection, not to consider the other as an object, going beyond the understanding of dialogue as a technique, from the moment in which the man perceives it as being constituted of relations
