A avaliação em larga escala no Brasil: análise comparativa entre o SAEB e um sistema privado

RESUMO

An educational evaluation program is the expression of a managerial proactive conduct and represents an essential tool for an education system to know itself and to plan its development focused in a growing educational quality, supported by an efficient educational management. The present research compares the academic results (learning) of a group of private schools, that uses is ower system of evaluation, in relation to the national SAEB results of the private schools, in the same period. The objective of the comparative analysis is to identify eventual improvement in the academic results of a system in relation to the other. The hypothesis of the research is that the set of resulting information of the analyzed Educational Evaluation Program contributes to the improvement of the educational quality of the group of schools that use this program. The research also intends to analyze the, manager perceptions of the and teacher of the private schools that benefit from the a evaluation system, specially when exists a construction of a historical series, in other words, where a Educational Evaluation Program was applied for three or more consecutive years. Therefore, its about a qualitative and descriptive research, and also a longitudinal study of the obtained results by the group of searched school from the systematic application of the educational evaluation. The research also identifies the strategies developed and educational interventions and if the interventions were effective to the improvement of the academic results, being able to be generalized to other systems of evaluation.
