A aplicação de um método de memória organizacional como suporte a tomada de decisão baseado na aprendizagem organizacional

RESUMO

Organizations with valuable intellectual capital need to create an environment that facilitates to the re-use and availability of the existing knowledge in the processes of decision making. The trends of the knowledge management develop the capacities of the people in the maintenance, dissemination and re-use of the knowledge, using organizational memory as supported. For this, its necessary to establish politics, procedures, to create methodologies and to develop technological products that are capable to effectively collect, to distribute and to use the knowledge, being represented factor of change in the organizational behavior. This work presents a proposal for a method application building an organization memory structure. This proposal aims at providing active support to organizational at the decision making and it improves organization learning. The end-user environments served as test-beds for validation an iterative improvement of this approaches to build was the university Universidade Católica de Brasília (UCB) in the master course in Management of the Knowledge and Technology of the Information (PGCTI). The research was structuralized inside of a methodological perspective of qualitative, descriptive and applied boarding. The proposal amalgamates elements taken from CommonKADS to structuralize the organization memory. The result of the research generated a structure of organization memory at PGCTI through the knowledge item identified for its business-oriented processes. The other result was identifying organization learning levels using the organizational memory proposed.
