RESUMO

This dissertation does a historical-theological summary of Israels relationships with foreign nations. Studies the origin of Israel, on the anthropological and cultural aspects, since tribalism until Babylonian and Persian periods. Understanding the different behaviors of the nation about foreign people inside the people of God, search for the origin of the nationalistic exclusivist feeling, having Dt as the basis and facing the narratives of Ez 9-10 and Ne 13 with the mixes marriages. In the end brings inclusive purposes on the post exilic biblical literature, where children and foreign women made the people to listen their voice of protest.(AU)
