RESUMO

The first dwellers in the territory now known as Colorado are thought to have been Folsom Men 15,000 years ago. Denver, “Queen City of the Rockies,” was founded by gold-seekers in 1858 at the confluence of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek. Members of the Medical Library Association are invited to come to the 1968 Annual Convention to absorb a little of the Old West and enjoy the New West in a growing modern city.
