Um biossensor amperomÃtrico baseado na enzima tirosinase foi desenvolvido e investigado para o monitoramento dos agrotÃxicos Metil Paration, Carbaril, Carbofuran e Diazinon. A enzima foi imobilizada sobre um eletrodo compÃsito de grafite modificado com ftalocianina de cobalto (II) (ECG-FtCo) por cross-linking com glutaraldeÃdo e albumina de soro bovino.
