1. LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN SMALL COMPANIES
RESUMO Objetivo: Avaliar as relações entre cultura organizacional e a liderança desempenhada pelos gestores de micro e pequenas empresas. Metodologia: A pesquisa possui abordagem quantitativa e descritiva. Utilizou-se como instrumento de coleta de dados questionários autoaplicáveis aplicados aos gestores, resultando em uma amostra de 82 respondentes.
