RESUMO

This paper was originated from a work done in a practice office and in a medical school with persons living with HIV/Aids and its partners. Specifically, it was conducted under two clinical cases and some clinical head pieces in which some fantasies connected to the presence or absence of the HIV will result in different sexual performances. Are characterized as clinical situations that we can denominate as limit-experience marked by a high feeling of guilt, punishment and by negative moves and recognition of reality, that ends to put in risk the own life of those people. Taking into reference the Freudian metapsychology since the fundamental psychopathology, this research tried to understand the psycopatological manifestations in the clinic with people that leave with the HIV/Aids and its partners seronegatives. Those subjects, that come from clinics experiences, were discussed since the concept of masochism, that could be, erogenous, moral and feminine, as form of defense of the ego through the libidinous investment. By the other hand, the notion of psychological insufficient immunology as a concept operator in conducting the treatment, was developed in this paper. Sexuality being inherent in human being, the possibility of having a sexual life with love and responsability, may be a creative way out for sufferings that come upon of fantasies and threats that aids brings
