Organização da informação nas secretarias dos setores de conhecimento da UNICENTRO : uma proposta de fluxo de tratamento e recuperação da informação

RESUMO

Presenting a study of management and organization of information managed by the Secretariats of Knowledge Sectors from Midwest State University, Unicentro. The objective was to propose a general flow of treatment and recovery of information supporting the management and organization of information objects handled in these Departments. For viability of the overall goal was established the following specific objectives: survey of activities involving the organization of information units and identification of these information objects produced, used and recovered by the Secretaries; choice of a specific activity related to organization of information, which was recurrent and coincident in these organs in order to suggest adjustments to the flow model currently used, and analysis of the relationship between the activities of professional graduated in the Executive Secretariat, the management and organization of information. The study was exploratory in nature and their implementation techniques were used to study direct and indirect documentation and direct observation intensive and extensive. Within this context were used the field research, the documental research, the bibliographic research and the questionnaire. For the analysis of the results, were used the method of documental analysis. The survey and data analysis has shown that in twenty-five different activities are handled in about fifty types of information objects. In this board had chosen, through specific criteria, the activity that involved procedures for implementing the Monitoring Paid Program of Unicentro. Through the graphical representation of flowcharts were recommended different actions to foster the low of treatment and recovery of information that activity. Among all the survey findings, was intended to further encourage new studies involving the activities of the Executive Secretaries of the tract within the information management and organization of information. It is expected that the characteristic beginning of this study produces demand for other similars, considering the incipient nature of research in the area, notably at the Stricto Sensu level.
