O processo de ensino dos jogos desportivos coletivos : um estudo acerca do basquetebol

RESUMO

This study has as a target investigate how the process of teaching the collective sport games was given, especially in the modality of basketball, through a longitudinal perspective, considering two stages; the sport initiation and specialization. As the pilot project, we studied the ath1etes of the adult Brazilian male team of 2002. Through semi-structured questionnaires, it was looked for the identification of how developed, in the course of the history of the ath1etes life, the motory lived during the childhood; which modalities were apprehended in the sport initiation and how the leaming happened; and, besides the basketball, which modalities were practiced and how those practices developed. We analyzed the context and the period that the specialization in basketball happened and how the contents of the physical-technician-tactical training were applied during the initial phases of specialization to the obtaining of best results. The study mode1 was taken from the Bronfenbrenner (1995), which treats of the subjects related to the person-processcontext-time. For the collection of data, it was used records of the informers, a Panasonic tape recorder, eleven cassette ribbons mark TDK and semi-structured interview. The individuaIs of the research were eleven ath1etes belonging to the Brazilian team, drafted for the 2002 World Championship. For the interpretation ofthe data, the content analysis was used from the history ofthe life ofTrivinos, 1987, p. 148. The results demonstrated great variety in the motory experiences of the analyzed individuaIs. With respect to the sport initiation, the individuaIs leamed and practiced several modalities besides the basketball, with prevalence of soccer. The individuaIs from the research began the specialization in the chosen modality, basketball, for about the 15 years old. As for the contents of physical training, larger emphasis was observed in the races of long distance, staircases and nick, inside and outside of the court; as for the aspects of the technical training, it was noticed the presence of the foundations and exercises; as for the contents of the tactical training, it could be noticed some offensive movements, and, mainly, rehearsed plays. The sport club was the main training place and also the financial support sponsor. After quantitative and qualitative analyses, it was observed that the athletes development didn t happen in a continuous way and that it didn t also happen systemization and periodization of the teaching as pedagogic process, in which the sensitive and critical phases of the capacities physical development, cognitive and the leaming of the specific moving abilities of the basketball should be respected
