RESUMO
The article analyzes three contemporary processes of socio-legal mobilization in Argentina and underlines the role of the Constitution and of the legal community in its enforcement. The adopted approach aims at understanding those processes as a sort of reactivation of the activist tradition born during the transition to democracy, and emphasizing the present effects of this constitutional activism on democratic procedures and the citizenship grammar.
