EducaÃÃo em empreendedorismo: a potencializaÃÃo de negÃcios por meio do desenvolvimento de competÃncias do empreendedor

RESUMO

The entrepreneurâs training is presently based on the working out of business plans. However, this concept does not cope with the development of the phenomenon. This Ãs embedded in a chaotic orbit, permeated by critical and complex situations. The perspective of managers with entrepreneurial profile who learn through the reflection of lived experience is the key note of the development of configuration and business positioning competences. The constructivist approach based on Freire, associated with the approach of knowledge production by Perrenoud, Filion and Meddeb, suggest an analytical lens based on the perspective of learning how to learn. The comprehension of the development of these competences was captured through a study case with the main manager of one thecnologically based firm, which has achieved socially recognized success. It was used the technique of thematic content analysis. After the analysis, 106 emergent themes were integrated to 21 universalizing thematic elements that form the construction of competences: visualizing; creating a business architecture; managing human resources; empowering; monitoring; learning how to know, to do, to be and to act; innovating; communicating with the external environment; obtaining entrepreneurial vision; assimilating a sense of commitment; professionalizing; relationship development; enjoying action; producing positive results; strategic acting; overcoming challenges; assimilating a sense of sustainability; respecting the interacting agent; prioritizing; influencing the environment; and assuming an ethical sense. This presumes the development of a critical conscience, a reflection capacity about the entrepreneurial experiences of an agent who learns not only in traditional spaces of education, but also in the individual action and intersubjective exchanges
