RESUMO

Solidarity Economics Enterprises are presented as an alternative for workers who are not integrated into the economic model, do part of a productive dynamic and subsist from their own effort and work in any industry or economic activity. Tourism as an activity of great economic impact in the world encompasses several types of projects including the Economic Solidarity, whose members are largely indigenous to the region, which relate to tourism through the marketing of crafts that reflect the wetland fauna and flora. The fact that they are enterprises with different characteristics from those of common companies does not preclude analysis of the molds that are used in a process of Strategic Management, since both types of organizations share goals, among them to generate positive economic results of their members, since the whole enterprise must be profitable to those who depend on him under the threat of seeing reduced their chances of survival. For this reason it is necessary the adequacy of Solidarity Economics Enterprises to the market, seeking to meet the customer demand and expects to be able to compete on equal terms, or at least not very far from those observed in more structured company, especially in the organizational aspect. From the Theory of Resource Based View the study seeks to give an overview of these developments, diagnosing your situation in order to obtain a competitive advantage in the market where they operate from an efficient management of internal resources. Structured interviews were utilized so that we could have a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study, and data analysis was based exclusively on the theory that it preaches. Given the precariousness in which these developments are, there were deficiencies in several aspects that should be worked so that they can lead to better outcomes, and for this it is necessary a greater involvement of local government, as these developments are absolutely devoid of any skills or resources to achieve improvements in this direction. Among the features analyzed, it is considered as the most strategic improvements for Human Resources, it means that your investment in training and education would bring benefits that would last and would generate a cycle of internal resilience in many segments. In other words, a consistent investment in human resources of these enterprises would benefit not only to these resources, but also would impact positively on all others.
