RESUMO
This text has the purpose of studying mobbing activities in the relation of employment in Brazil of the 21st Century and the dignity rescue of human person inserted in the affected situation of his workplace. It shows the proposal of deepening the socio-economic contextualization of workplace transformations, as demonstration of directive power phenomenon and a reflection about deviations shown by mobbing behavior against human dignity. The study aims at showing the scenario that mobbing and its repercussions provide in the workers dignity scope as a motivation to a tending reflection as well as evidencing the dimensions that favor mobbing conducts in the work environment.
