RESUMO

This study have as objective observe and analyze the access and the provides of health care for the rural populations. Therefor, was made ethnographic work in the cities Santa Maria do Suaçuí and Bicas (MG) approaching the professionals of the health system and residents of rural areas covered by programs of Primary Health. Is used as theoretical lead the propositions of Bruno Latour and Roy Wagner for to do a approach symmetrical of the object of study, especially to formulate and significance of the health network. Observing the biomedical attendance in rural areas it s perceive the propositions of distance as obstacle to access to health services and the issue of lack as problem for health care. Each context of biomedical attendance emerges the meaning health, emphasizing the actions of care. In the city of Santa Maria do Suaçuí it s see the problematic health by occurrence of parasiticinfectious and chronic diseases, while in Bicas it s see the prevalence of chronic and degenerative diseases. To overcome the distance and suppression of lack are established between users and professionals the links that propitiates the health care also revealing the prerogative of self-care. Is the formation of links between health staff and users the imbrication of care and access, which provides for each act, promote and give meaning to health. Thereby, the strategies and practices of performance of users professionals set up and propagate a network therapy acting the elements of care
