In order to analyze the concrete case of savannas in Bahia, the study resorted to a qualitative research based on the collection of primary and secondary data about the spaces historical processes. It was possible to notice important changes on the regulatory mechanisms with these data as well as some changes on the relation between state and society (organizational models). Furthermore, it was possible to attest states and other organizations such as cooperatives and associations main mission of conciliator in the different cycles of accumulation, once that promoted and sustained the reproduction of the hegemonic processes in the space.
