RESUMO

Object of this study is constituted the interface between the ethical-political project of the Social Service and the defense of the children s rights and of adolescents, focalizing the deliberations and the political calendar of the National Encounters CFESS/CRESS and the rights extolled by the Child s Statute and of the Adolescent. The study focalizes the constituent elements of the political ethical project professional, that keeps it narrows relationship with the beginnings that base the current Code of the social worker Professional Ethics considering the scenery of transformations by which goes the Brazilian society (immersed in the background of globalization ) Determinations are macroeconomic and socio-political posing the Service to the test, as far as social demands and political outlook, since social policies represent broad occupational area of the profession. The approach on the rights of children and youth population, is the movement that led to the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - SCA, incorporating it into its doctrinal foundations. Among the rights and the need for resistance training before the cross global , stands out in this study that the Service, through the representative bodies of the category in its deliberative body - the National Meetings CFESS / CRESS, is present and active in defending the rights of children and adolescents. Aspects that mark the interface between the materialization of the ethical-political project of Social Service and protecting the rights of children and adolescents. In line with the expected process of democratization of policies related to childhood and adolescence, the ethical-political project inaugurates a new professional identity strongly linked the transformation of man into mass man collective, as the professional category, through their representative bodies, expresses its commitment to reform intellectual and moral , materializing the aim of contributing to the construction of a new social order, which focuses on collective will
